This program honors business professionals under the age of 40 who stand out as leaders in their industries and positively impact the Greater Washington communities. The honorees were published in the July 21 print edition of the Washington Business Journal and were formally recognized at an awards event on July 20 at the Nationals Park PNC Diamond Club. See the honorees here . These honorees were chosen from more than 450 nominations by a panel of outside judges in collaboration with the Washington Business Journal editorial staff.

Noelle is an accredited real estate executive with over fifteen years’ experience managing portfolios of conventional multifamily and mixed-use properties in both suburban and urban markets. Among Noelle’s numerous areas of expertise include; new business development, pre-development services, lease up expertise, stabilized portfolio performance, talent management, team member development, client satisfaction, and profitability. 

Noelle is currently overseeing the property operations for Greystar’s Mid-Atlantic region consisting of 60+ properties spanning from Virginia Beach to North of Baltimore, encompassing approximately 15,000 units. Noelle leads and collaborates with a team of 400+ accomplished associates, servicing 30+ national clients, along with Greystar’s owned and developed assets regionally. Additionally, Noelle is the East Coast representative and brand ambassador for Greystar’s National luxury portfolio. 
 
Prior to joining Greystar she held a position of Vice President at Bozzuto, and Portfolio Manager for Ambling Management working with The George Washington University, and has also held various positions with Archstone-Smith.
