Hall of Fame Inductee – Miriam Brodie

Join us at the Annual Awards as we induct Miriam Brodie into the CREW Northern Virginia Hall of Fame! Miriam Brodie has been an engaged member of CREW Northern Virginia for many years, serving on the Board and countless committees. We are thrilled to honor her as part of our Hall of Fame.

As a Vice President at Kimley-Horn, Miriam develops new business and grows national private accounts. She drives practice leaders to look for growth, network with clients, build new relationships, nurture contacts, and win new work. Miriam connects people, opportunities, and projects. She co-chairs the firm’s National Private Client Committee, partnering with project managers on strategies, developing and promoting best practices, delivering results to clients, and creating new opportunities for Kimley-Horn. She joined CREW Northern Virginia in 2012 and immediately became an active member of the Communications Committee.

In 2016, she joined the CREW NoVA board and spearheaded a change in how the chapter communicates with members. The chapter went from individual emails about every program, to a weekly email that would showcase multiple programs and events. Miriam set up an editing schedule and calendar that started two months before a program took place. Miriam is the current president-elect for CREW DC and is a board member of Public Art Reston.

Prior to joining Kimley-Horn, she was the editor of Multifamily Executive and MultifamilyPro magazines and the managing editor of Office & Industrial Properties and Shopping Center Executive magazines.
