Meg manages business development for The Christman Company, a national general contractor with extensive senior housing and healthcare portfolios. Meg uses her communication and relationship building skills to enter new markets, increase Christman's visibility in the region, and foster lasting relationships with clients and partners alike. Meg is also President of the DC Chapter of Women in Healthcare, a professional organization dedicated to promoting the professional development of females in the healthcare industry, specifically women in administration, operations and facilities and those who work with them.
Vice President of Development
Margaret is responsible for managing and guiding new campus development through the architectural design process with specific regard to the coordination of master planning, common area programming, and design for Erickson Living’s independent living and continuing care products. She also leads the management of the design process for all Erickson Living developing communities as well the lifecycle and renovation process for existing communities. Her primary focus is to ensure that the building designs support the operational programs, conform to regionally based market demands, and enhance the Erickson Living experience for residents.

Andrea leads the Design Department made up of 25-plus talented individuals at Sunrise Senior Living. Her focus is the overall design direction of the company, as well as the team of designers and other staff that implement those designs in the firm’s Capex and new construction projects. She works with all departments to ensure goals are aligned with the overall expectations of what each of the disciplines require. She focuses on the user’s specific needs; allowing the designs to provide a community and a home that is mindful of the specific needs of a Senior and those that care for seniors.

Frank is performance-driven construction executive responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of PWC Companies, a specialty General Contractor and Owner's Representative that focuses primarily on Senior Living, Boutique Fitness, Hospitality / Lifestyle Projects, and Historic Preservation projects. PWC is currently engaged in over $600M of Senior Living Projects throughout the United States, among other project types. While responsible for the overall operational performance and strategic direction of the company, Frank is heavily engaged in performing due diligence and preconstruction for the company’s clients as they consider site acquisition and development factors.
Senior Vice President of Sales
Gale brings more than 30 years of experience in the senior housing. She is responsible for the coordination and oversight of sales and occupancy efforts for Mather LifeWays’ senior living residences. She works with sales teams within each residence to guide them in meeting their goals and has led them to master the art of relationship selling. In addition to sales excellence, Gale lives a passion for customer service excellence. She has been instrumental in creating multiple programs and training for management and frontline teams throughout the senior living industry.
