Please join CREW Northern Virginia for a panel discussion on the War on Office Design.  Does the open office actually boost creativity and productivity or is it creating an environment that’s extremely difficult for people to concentrate due to sound levels and visual distractions?  Join us for this heated debate to learn the effects an open office is having on employees as well as better solutions to the open office and how is it impacting our quality of work.

Liza Thelemann has managed property for Boston Properties, Spaulding & Slye, COPT, Moore & Associates and is currently a Senior Property Manager for The RMR Group. Liza brings a unique perspective to the user end of the industry though her involvement in management and operations of commercial and medical office buildings as well as training programs for building service technicians.

Amy collaborates with organizations to deliver knowledge about ergonomics that helps them achieve a human-centered design solution. She combines her experience in workplace design, research, and wellness towards the goal of helping companies create environments that nurture employee engagement.

Andrew leads the design and coordination efforts to establish acoustic goals and provide effective noise control, sound isolation, and interior acoustics throughout the design and construction process.

Alexis love talking with clients about technology. She is great at explaining, in layman's terms, why a specific product might fill a need for a challenge that they have. Joe Eulberg, Ph.D.
Assistant Professor, Human Resources, Marymount University

Joe is an award-winning human resource executive, currently serving as faculty member for the School of Business and Technology at Marymount University. Previously, he spent more than 30 years as a Chief Human Resource Officer in organizations such as Bob Evans Farms, 7-Eleven, and Motel 6.
