Prior to her career in commercial real estate, Amy was a Government Affairs Specialist for The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation in Washington, DC.

She provides a broad range of services including build-to-suit transactions, lease deals, due diligence, and acquisitions and dispositions. Wendy has most recently completed the first project in the DC Metropolitan area to pursue WELL Building certification.
