Missing Conversations: 9 Questions All Leaders Should Ask Themselves will introduce you to a leadership development framework for identifying the key area/s for your professional growth and development as a leader.  In this interactive session, Heather O’Neill Jelks, President of Nautilus Coaching & Consulting, LLC, will share the essential 9 Questions All Leaders Should Ask Themselves based on her book, Missing Conversations, and introduce you to the GROW model of coaching.  You’ll complete a Missing Conversations Self-Assessment and leave with new insights and actions to optimize your leadership impact. 

Session Objectives:

  • Use the Missing Conversations Self-Assessment to pin point at least one key area of their leadership to target for attention and development.
  • Explore potential practices and actions for strengthening their leadership in this area.
  • Experience the GROW model and the potential benefits of coaching.

The Community Action Committee (CAC) will be collecting diapers for Homestretch. Homestretch empowers homeless parents with children to attain permanent housing and self-sufficiency. Diapers being collected include newborn size, size 5, size 6 and pull-ups for boys. For newborn diapers, Huggies brand is preferred.
