Carol is focused on Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Finance Transactions. Her focus is to accomplish her client's objective—to buy, sell, develop, lease, and finance—as effectively as possible. Carol has been in private practice for more than 30 years and has been recognized for her legal skills by many organizations such as Super Lawyers, Legal Elite, and Martindale Hubbell. She chose real estate as her area of specialization because Carol loves the satisfaction of closing a deal, particularly when all parties to the transaction feel good about the outcome.
