She is a member and contributor to several regional commercial real estate organizations.


Andrea Murray (Bio)

Andrea Murray is a Senior Vice President on the Commercial Leasing team at JBG Smith focused on the company’s National Landing and Maryland office portfolio.  At JBG Smith she’s completed over 400 lease transactions totaling over 3M SF in the DC Metro.  Andrea serves on the companies Space Planning Committee tasked with the interior design and programming for JBG Smith’s new HQ location.  In 2017 she was recognized by CREBA as the Developer/Landlord Leasing Agent of the Year.

Amy Brendler is Leasing Senior Director for Tishman Speyer’s downtown Washington, DC office portfolio.  She is responsible for tenant prospect generation, marketing, budgeting, existing tenant relations and lease negotiations for a portfolio of approximately 4 million square feet of existing properties, developments and third-party assignments.  Amy has over 19 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry in both Landlord and Tenant representation.  Amy has previously been with Carr America and Savilis.
