Emilie clearly defines burnout’s root causes and how they manifest differently among men and women, as well as marginalized groups. We will focus on practical, actionable strategies rooted in cognitive science and behavioral psychology for effectively pursuing multiple long-term goals while mitigating guilt to effectively overcome the overwhelm.
