Are you an anxious achiever? According to author, entrepreneur, podcaster, and lifelong anxious person, Morra Aarons-Mele, “An anxious achiever is someone who is professionally ambitious, driven, and feels anxiety in their life. Someone who is never done and worries about the ‘what ifs.” During this professional development event, Morra Aarons-Mele will explore how anxiety and other mental health issues affect people at work, for better and for worse and will help attendees rethink the relationship between their mental health and their leadership.
