The “Embracing Change” leadership series led by Julie Benezet is an opportunity to confront and convert professional challenges into positive change. Change can be hard at the best of times because of unknown outcomes and the scariness of uncertainty. This problem has become especially daunting with the unprecedented chaos caused by COVID-19. Dealing with COVID-19 has had repercussions on our health, economy and politics. It has also made change our only option. The work world is not the same, real estate is not the same and we are not the same. All of these add up to the need for finding new ways of thinking and doing things better to realize our dreams.
Combining conversation, insights and strategic tools, "Embracing Change" will help participants manage the uncertainty of the unknown, define their dreams and get past defensive behaviors to achieve positive change. Attendees will leave the program with an actionable plan to lead positive change in the workplace and raise their leadership game.
To encourage meaningful conversations and engagement, this leadership series will be limited to 60 participants.
