Before Breaking Ground
Before a new construction project can break ground, there are many processes and people involved. This event will provide an overview of the different phases of pre-construction of a new development. We will discuss topics such as site selection, permit acquisition, budgeting, scheduling, and design. Understand some of the issues that can arise, have come up all across local jurisdictions, and how project teams have navigated through these issues. You’ll hear from individuals who are well versed through the pre-construction phases of a project and the things we can do as project teams to help ensure a successful outcome.
